Expanded Foam PVC

Sintra is a lightweight yet rigid board of moderately expanded closed-cell polyvinyl chloride (PVC) extruded in a homogenous sheet with a low gloss matte finish.

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is used for application where impact resistance, high tensile strength, low moisture absorption and chemical-corrosion resistance is required.

Polycarbonate offers outstanding toughness, high heat deflection, and excellent dimensional stability required in demanding engineering thermoplastic applications.

Multi - wall

Double and triple layered, manufactured in various colors and degrees of transparency, are designed for use in most conventional roofing and glazing applications.

ABS (Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) is a high rigidity and impact strength combine with its excellent abrasion resistance to make it the ideal material for a wide variety of applications. ABS sheet also exhibits a high resistance to chemicals, moisture, and high temperatures and can be machined, drilled, or die-cut with relative ease.

Used extensively in the graphic arts market for the production of signs and displays, Polystyrene sheet exhibits a number of characteristics desired by lithographic, screen, and digital printers. HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) is also ideal for medical, food and dairy packaging applications.

We carry fabrication supplies: drill bits, saber saw blades, scraping knives, glue and applicators in our show room. We also carry a few standard sign and brochure holders in standard size. Although custom sizes and qualities can always be produced.

Cleaning Information for Acrylic Products

The Plexiglas general guideline at this link (See Page 15) will provide you with general cleaning instructions. The main thing to remember: mild dish soap and water is the best choice when cleaning acrylic. To avoid scratching the surface, dust with a feather duster. If wiping use plenty of water and a soft nonabrasive cloth. This guide provides more information about the chemicals to avoid, make sure to check it out!
